Stuffed Cabbage Roll Casserole

All the cozy flavors of classic cabbage rolls, but way easier to make!

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef
3 ½ lbs cabbage, chopped
1 (29 oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 tsp salt
2 (14 oz) cans beef broth

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef (5-7 min). Drain excess grease.
In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, onion, uncooked rice, salt, and browned beef. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour beef broth evenly over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven, stir the casserole, re-cover, and bake another 20-30 min until cabbage is tender and rice is fully cooked.
Let cool slightly and serve hot.
